RiseNY is located at 160 West 45th Street, between 6th and 7th Avenues in Manhattan. We’re open 7 days a week, but our operating hours vary by season. Please refer to our calendar here for the most up to date information! 

Great question! Entry to RiseNY runs on a flow every 15 minutes with 46 guests per entry time. Our team will work with you to best break up larger groups across these 15 minute time slots. Our capacity for the ride portion is 46 guests per time slot. We encourage guests to fully enjoy the exhibit to allow for efficient crowd flow into the ride.

Your Booking Request Form gives us all of the information we need to create your booking. A member of our team will follow up with you at the email provided to confirm your reservation. Once confirmed, you will receive an automated confirmation from our ticketing system which will serve as your group’s ticket for entry.

As many as you’d like! If you think your group will exceed 200 guests, our team will work with you on scheduling and structuring your group’s staggered arrival time.

While we do not provide food & drink options or lunch space on site, we work with some of the most popular restaurants in Times Square and are happy to offer combo pricing! Select the restaurant of your choice on our Booking Request Form to learn more!

We require payment at least 7 business days prior to your show date. All sales are final. 

We cannot issue refunds within 7 business days of your visit. However, we’d be glad to hold those tickets for you for a full calendar year from your original date so that you may use them at another time. 

You're welcome to make changes in headcount until the payment deadline. After that point, any unused tickets will be valid for a full calendar year, but cannot be refunded. 

The more, the merrier! Please let us know as soon as possible so that you can purchase additional tickets, pending availability.

While we ask that you plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time, traffic happens! Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re running late. You can call our box office at 718-701-3378 x404 and notify the team of your estimated arrival time. While we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate you for the same day, our team will do everything they can to accommodate.
